Cashfac’s Client Success Team deliver successful client projects; helping our clients gain a return on their investment in strategic cash management programmes. From client money to treasury optimisation projects our consultants understand how technology can support organisational and process transformation to deliver step changes within cash focused operations.

Our teams provide strategic assessments of existing operations, advise on the design of a new programme or industry best practice. Our implementation team are experienced PRINCE2 certified consultants who follow a proven methodology to deliver on time, on budget projects.

Our team is expanding and we are currently seeking to appoint new implementation consultants

Responsibilities

  • The implementation of Cashfac applications (SQL Server database) which requires business analysis of customers’ specific business and application requirements, user training, product delivery and management.
  • Provide and develop added value consultancy to existing customers.
  • Ensure full and adequate Project and Task planning.
  • Assisting the internal and partner sales teams with pre-sales support including demonstrations and client project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal sales team to project workload.
  • Installation of Cashfac technology at customer sites or hosted environments
  • Develop training courses, conversion implementation procedures and help products.
  • Ensure good customer relations with Cashfac’s customers including Banking Partners to ensure that all customer needs are met.
  • Maximise the revenue opportunities for Cashfac through, Health checks, consultancy, training, upgrades, tailored work flow procedures, job aids and any other product or service where you see an opportunity to increase company revenue.
  • Develop reports for customers and train in the application.
  • Achieve financial targets of chargeable time work and produce projections for the management team.
  • Complete all documentation, at minimum as described and required within the Company delivery process.
  • Maintain all related documentation to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to other team members as and when required.
  • Liaise with sales and administration teams to ensure tracking of chargeable tasks and visibility of income.

Skills and knowledge requirements

  • Software implementation and Project Management experience.
  • Supervisory/man management of personnel.
  • An understanding of MS SQL Server.
  • An understanding of Relational databases.
  • Experience of Customer facing Projects.
  • Full life cycle package software implementation delivery.
  • Client stakeholder management.
  • Good business process appreciation.
  • Understanding of Banking, Pensions Administration, Employee Benefits, Insurance, Wealth and Investments or Financial business processes.
  • Good Technical skills including: MS Windows Server 2003/8, XP/Windows 7, Office Professional, Windows Networks.
  • Experience of MSSQL 2005/2008, IIS, asp and asp.net.
  • MSProject, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio.
  • Report Writing Skills (MS Reporting Services or similar).
  • Client Training skills.
