As Founder of Cashfac Paul pioneered the development of Cashfac Virtual Bank Technology® (VBT) which has driven the company’s growth and is now deployed in organisations around the world. Paul continues to champion innovation within the company, working with clients and internal teams to shape the future direction of the company’s solutions and services.
Prior to founding Cashfac Paul held leadership positions in several financial services firms including being the founding director of Lloyds Bank Stockbrokers and the finance and operations director of Lloyds’ government bond trading operations. Subsequently Paul was lead consultant in the creation of Nomura’s government bond market making operations in London.
As a Price Waterhouse management consultant Paul’s focus was large scale capital markets operations, banks and compliance; establishing the computer audit capability in Singapore and leading IT reviews for in Financial Services, Defence and Retail industries.
Paul is a Member of the Securities Institute and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. In his spare time Paul is a rugby referee and a member of the London Society of Rugby Union Referees.

With over 25 years’ experience in global banking and financial markets, and more recently in the B2B2C sector Richard has developed a career and reputation for being entrepreneurial and driving businesses to succeed. At Cashfac Richard oversees the execution of the company strategy across all areas of the business.  Prior to joining Cashfac Richard was COO of AlertMe, the leading technology innovator in cloud-based Smart Home Services. During this time Richard managed all aspects of development and operations as well as key relationships with downstream retailers. Previously Richard was EVP, Major Markets, at SmartStream Technologies where he grew and managed the company’s customer facing operations in the UK, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Prior to SmartStream Richard led several large sales and client services operations at Reuters and Sungard where he was Business Development Director for Risk Management at Reuters and ran Sungard’s Financial Systems Asia Pacific operation.

alastair mcgill       ALASTAIR MCGILL, MANAGING DIRECTOR, GLOBAL BUSINESS

Alastair has more than twenty years experience running international Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams at leading international technology companies. At Cashfac he is responsible for leading the company’s global Sales and Business Development operations.
Alastair joined Cashfac from SmartStream Technologies where he served on the management team for 10 years in a variety of positions, most recently as EVP Business Development and Alliances, responsible for the company’s distribution business, strategic alliances and market development. Previously he was the company’s Chief Marketing Officer responsible for managing corporate and field marketing operations, PR and Alliances.
Previously Alastair was Marketing Director UK & Ireland for PeopleSoft, which he joined having started his career at Hewlett-Packard in various marketing management positions.

helena-mcinallyHELENA MCINALLY, DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES

Helena leads the department responsible for Finance and Administration, Contract Management, Legal and Compliance.
As chair of the Information Security Forum, Helena was instrumental in achieving the ISO27001 Information Security registration. Helena is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Prior to joining Cashfac, Helena worked in various finance roles within the banking sector.

David Houghton is a non-executive director and company secretary of Cashfac Pty Ltd, the wholly owned Australia subsidiary of Cashfac Plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and has held numerous senior roles in various quoted and private companies including private equity.
His roles for the last 20 years have been Board level appointments as a CFO/Finance Director in both Australia and the UK.
